When this month's bills are paid by last month's income, stress drops dramatically. Build a buffer equal to one month of expenses, then budget from it.

Find three leaks

Review the last 90 days. Subscriptions, delivery fees and bank fees are the usual suspects. Cancel or renegotiate three.
